This website is operated by the Orpheus Solutions project team ("we"). The project is currently in a pre-incorporation, pre-startup phase; once the company is incorporated, this notice will be updated with the new controller's details. Contact: andrisszives@gmail.com.
2. What data we process and why
Contact form. If you send us a message, we process: your name, e-mail address, organization (optional), type of interest and the content of your message.
- Purpose: responding to your inquiry and maintaining contact.
- Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in handling inquiries).
- Retention: up to 2 years after the inquiry is closed, after which the message is deleted.
Filling in the form is voluntary. We use the data solely to handle your inquiry; we do not send newsletters, we do not use the data for marketing, and we do not share it with third parties other than the processors listed below.
3. Cookies and analytics
We measure traffic with two tools. Vercel Web Analytics produces cookieless, aggregated statistics. Google Analytics 4 places cookies (_ga, _ga_*) on your device to distinguish visitors and sessions (expiry: up to 2 years). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and you can object to Google Analytics measurement with Google's official browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
4. Processors and data transfers
- Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA), hosting and operations provider. Vercel is a certified participant of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are additionally covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Server-side form processing runs on functions located in the EU (Frankfurt).
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (USA) — web analytics provider (Google Analytics 4). Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Web3Forms: the service that relays contact form messages to our e-mail address. According to its own policy, it forwards submissions and does not store them permanently.
Using these providers may involve transfers to the USA; such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, you may object to processing, and you have the right to data portability. Send your request to andrisszives@gmail.com; we will respond within one month at the latest.
